Trucking Quotting Specialist

Обязанности:

• Prepare accurate and competitive insurance quotes for commercial trucking companies across the United States.
• Analyze client information, including DOT/MC records, loss history, SAFER reports, vehicle schedules, driver MVRs, and operational details.
• Submit applications to insurance carriers, MGAs, and wholesale brokers through carrier portals and agency management systems.
• Compare coverage options, premiums, deductibles, and policy terms to identify the best solutions for clients.
• Negotiate pricing, underwriting exceptions, and coverage options with insurance underwriters.
• Follow up with carriers to ensure timely quote delivery and policy issuance.
• Review policy forms, endorsements, exclusions, and coverage limitations before presenting proposals.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in CRM and agency management systems (Salesforce, AgencyZoom, NowCerts, etc.).
• Coordinate with sales agents to obtain missing underwriting information and support the sales process.
• Stay up to date with underwriting guidelines, carrier appetite, FMCSA regulations, and trucking industry trends.
• Assist with policy rewrites, remarketing, renewals, and mid-term coverage modifications.
• Prepare professional insurance proposals and explain coverage options to internal sales representatives or clients when required.
• Monitor quote turnaround times and maintain high service standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers, brokers, and underwriting teams.
• Ensure compliance with agency procedures, carrier requirements, and regulatory standards.

• Strong knowledge of trucking.
• Experience with Trucking Industry.
• Strong English skills
• Ability to work with multiple carrier portals simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
