Hey there! We are a fast-growing online English school based in Bishkek, and we are looking for a charismatic, high-energy, and fluent English Teacher to join our team.

🎯 Who We Are Looking For:

• Fluency is key: Your English must be at a solid C1/C2 level. If you have an IELTS score of 7.5+ or equivalent international certificates, that’s a huge plus. (Native speakers currently living in Bishkek are also highly welcome!).

• International experience (preferred): If you studied, worked, or lived abroad, we want you! Your firsthand experience with the culture and language environment is a massive asset for our students.

• Location: Based in Bishkek. The job is fully remote, but we need to be in the same time zone and want to meet up for team coffee or team-building sessions.

• Personality: You are young at heart, charismatic, empathetic, and open-minded. You know how to find a unique approach to every student, keep them motivated, and make lessons the best part of their day.

• Ready to use structured programs: You’ll be teaching using top-tier, modern Oxford materials (English File series), so no need to reinvent the wheel—just bring your energy and great delivery.

💼 What You’ll Do:

• Conduct engaging online lessons (1-on-1 and in mini-groups).

• Help students overcome speaking blocks and enjoy the learning process.

• Track student progress and keep them inspired.
